On Thursday 2nd June the South School leaders went and visited residents at Eileen Mary. We took afternoon tea, performed songs, played cards and even went for a tiki tour around the facilities. The folks were very pleased to see us and asked if we could go back one day soon for morning tea this time (we had to get back to school and missed the feast)! part of being a leader is about giving back to the Community and being involved. It was a very cool afternoon and made us think about what else we could be doing.
Great to see our young leaders interacting with an older generation and enjoying themselves.
